Inprime Coaching was created in response to our own personal journeys and the musings of people around us, starting new careers or working in the education system..
Our thoughts, beliefs and actions became a product of our environment, yet the opposite of what we wanted to be. Our experience with coaching enabled us to enact the visions and goals we had for ourselves. The mission of Inprime will allow us to empower others to experience this within their own lives.
Oh… and yes, before you ask …we do share the same surname.

Geraldine’s motivations throughout her academic journey and career has been fuelled by the aim to help others. From studying psychology, teaching and facilitation and finally widening participation, outreach and access to higher education.

Coach & Trainer
Joe’s drive for facilitating the success of individuals within their environment is what encourages him to continually strive to enhance his own practice, and more importantly educate other practitioners on the principles of coaching and mentoring to promote its potential for positive change. Alongside his professional responsibilities, he is currently completing a doctorate researching the impacts of coaching on workplace wellbeing and lecturing coaching and mentoring on the masters in education programme within the higher education sector.
